BratChat

What does BratChat mean?

BratChat is a bright green square with the word chat on it. It is how a channel points at itself: we are chat, we are being a lot, and the color is doing the brat thing. Post it when chat is the bit, when everyone is talking over the game, or when the vibe is deliberately too much.

Origin

The green field is the 2024 'brat' look, turned into a Twitch global so a channel can stamp CHAT without a sub emote. It is newer than Kappa and the photo faces. There is no person in it. The word is the emote.

When to use BratChat

• When chat is the content and everyone knows it
• A chaotic raid that wants a uniform stamp
• Calling the chat out, or the chat calling itself out
• A green-themed night, overlay, or redeem
