DendiFace

What does DendiFace mean?

DendiFace is Danil 'Dendi' Ishutin, the Na'Vi Dota player, mid-smile. Chat uses it for a tricky outplay, a mind-game, a fountain hook energy even in other games, or any time a Dota player is being Dendi about it. The smile is not LUL. LUL is a laugh. DendiFace is 'I already knew that would work.'

Origin

The photo became a global because Dendi's face was already a Dota meme: cheerful, slightly untrustworthy, always about to have had a plan. It is one of the few globals that is unambiguously a famous player rather than an anonymous crop.

When to use DendiFace

• Dota, or a Dota player showing up in another game
• A tricky play, a bait, or a smile after a crime
• When the outplay was clever rather than raw aim
• With Jebaited if the other team fell for it
