OpieOP

What does OpieOP mean?

OpieOP is a wide-eyed 'op.' Something just happened and the face has not caught up: a jump scare, a sudden elim, a number that changed, a sentence that took a turn. It is smaller than PogChamp and less disgusted than WutFace. Pog is awe. WutFace is disbelief. OpieOP is the little noise you make first.

Origin

Photo global. The code is the sound plus a nickname. At emote size the eyes are the whole message, which is why it still gets used as a quick flinch. Post it at the instant, not as a review of the play. Reviews are HmmFace.

When to use OpieOP

• A flinch, a jump scare, or a sudden pick
• The first half-second of a surprise
• When PogChamp is too big for the stimulus
• Before WutFace, if the disbelief comes later
