How to Summarize long Twitch VODs with AI

• Summarize before a long clip pass when you are unsure which hour is worth cutting
• Keep the source language in mind — Whisper does better when the spoken language is consistent
• Pair a summary with clip generation on the same VOD instead of re-watching to pick moments
• Stay under the 10 GB per file cap; re-encode oversized files first if needed
