PowerUpL

What does PowerUpL mean?

PowerUpL is a hand holding a purple flame, the left half of a pair. PowerUpR is the right hand. Chat puts them on either side of a word, a name, or MorphinTime when something powers up. Alone, the left hand is still a power-up. Together they look like the move is being cast on whatever you typed in the middle.

Origin

Drawn globals, a Mario-adjacent 'power up' joke without needing the mushroom in frame. The L and R are left and right, not two different spells. If you only post one, you have cast with one hand. Some champs do that. Most chats want the pair.

When to use PowerUpL

• Framing a name or a word with both hands
• A power-up, a super, or a buff
• With MorphinTime if the transformation needs hands
• The left side, specifically, if someone already posted the right
